Boy I just don't know what to think of this???

What happened to seperation of Church and State. Last I checked - my PUBLIC school system was supported by MY tax dollars, not my tithes......

Texas Wildfires

I have a lot of family in this region. And we have not been able to reach anyone down there.

I have heard that the fire has not made it into the town as of yesterday, but a lot of people live 'outside' town limits. Along with a very large oil refinery (one of the top 10 in the US, I have been told).

Eleven fires burned across an estimated nearly 700,000 acres Monday, up from 663,000 over the weekend. State fire crews fought more than 160 blazes in one 24-hour period.
The size of the scorched area easily eclipsed the 455,000 acres that burned in December and January, when the governor declared a disaster.

and this is what scares me the most....
"The brush fire overtook their house and yard and got them," said fire Capt. Mike Galloway "The flames just spread so fast."

Down at Electric City and out by Beverly Hills, those winds are so gusty and whip through those gullies - I hope that everyone one is safe......
